Made his Dunfermline debut on 11th July 2026 in Premier Sports Cup tie away to East Kilbride and scored on his home debut v Dumbarton.
Coming through the Hibernian academy, Shaw broke into the first team at just 17 years old and went on to make 65 appearances for the Easter Road side, scoring 12 goals. The forward has since had spells with Ross County, Barnsley, Motherwell and Kilmarnock, where he played a key role in the club`s Scottish Championship title-winning campaign, scoring 14 goals.
After a loan spell with Motherwell, where he made 19 appearances during the 2023/24 campaign, Shaw joined Hamilton Academical and enjoyed a fruitful return in front of goal for the Accies. The striker finished the previous campaign with 27 goals in 46 appearances across all competitions.
His performances earned recognition from his fellow professionals, with Shaw named in the PFA Scotland League One Team of the Season and voted PFA Scotland League One Player of the Year, as well as two SPFL Player of the Month awards.
At international level, Shaw has represented Scotland through the youth ranks, featuring for the Under-19s during UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualifying. The forward scored against Sweden in a warm-up fixture before finding the net against Liechtenstein during the qualifying campaign, helping Scotland progress to the elite qualifying stage. He was later called up to the Scotland Under-21 squad in 2018.
A familiar name to Pars supporters, Shaw follows in the footsteps of his father Greg Shaw, who represented Dunfermline Athletic 48 times between 1995 and 1997.
With more than 300 senior appearances and over 90 goals to his name, Oli began the next chapter of his career at KDM Group East End Park.
